Our Month Out Coordination service begins 6 weeks before your wedding day, where we discuss in detail every aspect of your event. You’ll hand over all of your wedding plans, supplier details and contact information, allowing us to formulate a run-sheet and confirm timings and responsibilities with everyone involved. 

On the day itself, our coordination ninjas will work meticulously behind-the-scenes managing your timeline, meeting suppliers, overseeing your wedding setup and executing all of your hard work – ensuring everything runs smoothly, and your DIY details shine through! With more than five years of industry experience, Karen offers her expertise in wedding planning, styling and floristry services to couples all over Australia.

The breadth of Karen’s experience and her team has afforded them a large network of specialists and suppliers within the realm of wedding planning and coordinating as Karen has been fortunate enough to coordinate and manage the French pianist Richard Clayderman’s Australian Concert Tour across three cities between February and June 2017. Again that year between July and October, Karen coordinated and managed the Animenz Australia Tour held at Melbourne Recital Centre. Concurrently from 2013 until 2017 Karen was working with Ardeur Weddings and Events as a wedding planner, serving hundreds of couples and working alongside a renowned industry leader.

This is the full package. You won’t have to lift a finger. I will source all vendors for you. Organise everything for the magical day, put it all together, be there to watch you walk down the aisle and assist you into your getaway car. All you have to do is sit back and relax and be the Queen you have always dreamed of. 

From beginning to end, I will plan and organise your event. After booking me the fun times begin.

Firstly a one-hour initial consultation going through every detail of how you want your big day to be is where the magic begins. All vendors will be sourced and hand-chosen for you, once you are happy with the vendors, I will accompany you to two viewing or tastings per vendor. Timelines will be produced for you of all the events and to-do’s that I will be taking care of in the months leading up to your big day and any necessary vendor payments you may need to finalise.

One month prior to the event, we will catch up for a 1/2 hour meeting to make sure everything is going to plan, to raise any last-minute jitters you may have and to guide you through the four weeks to come. 

One week prior another one-hour meeting will be scheduled to go through all details of the big day.

On the day of the event, I will be available for most of the day for the vendors and yourself to contact me via email or phone. I will be present for a total of 8 hours to make sure the day runs to schedule, and your fairytale comes true.


This package is all about the styling. I will style your event from a pumpkin to a glamorous carriage fit for a Queen.

Once you have booked me I will organise a 2-hour consultation to discuss the styling for your event. We will decide on theme, props and vendors that are to be used. I will then organise with all vendors hire and delivery time of all props required. 

Two weeks out from the event I will contact you via your choice of contact of either phone or email to run through the event day styling once again.

On the day I will be there to transform your pumpkin into a gorgeous carriage.


For those who love to plan and organise everything themselves but can’t be there on the day to run the play.

Let yourself, and loved ones enjoy your day and allow me to run the show for you. I will make sure everything goes to plan just how you envisioned it.

One month prior to the wedding I will meet with you for a two-hour consultation to discuss all you have planned in great detail. Here we will discuss vendors, delivery/arrival time, a timeline of the day, floorplan and any other important information required to make the day run smoothly.

I will then be present for a total of seven hours on the day to make sure everything goes to plan and to be a source of contact for all vendors and guest to enable you and your partner to live in the moment and enjoy your special day.

All packages can be customised to your needs.

Hello there. My name is Eliska, and I am the Creative Director here at Ruffles and Bells. My love for styling and design have always been centred around storytelling and celebrating moments and people. I have been in love with events since 2010, and I hope my team and I can bring some joy and love to any of your events…whether it’s weddings, corporate or any celebration under the sun.  


The very first event I styled was a wedding for my friend, and I still remember every moment of it. 

The feeling of excitement was something I would never forget. I love the thrill of creating a vision from an inspiration connecting the couple’s story to a full day of love. The story continues with all the elements that make it an event and seeing it all come to life into a celebration.

What we do is what I call event storytelling.

My love for details started Ruffles and Bells in 2010, but even at a younger age, there is always this energy that draws me to colours, textures and the feeling of how my heart pounds from creating something from nothing and creating memories one styled event at a time. Creating a more vivid story of you and all the special people that you have invited to be part of this day.

Ten years after and here we are…chatting to you. The passion I felt from the day I styled my first wedding has been growing ever since. I still get the nerves the day before every wedding and event we style and I still cry (no kidding!) at every pack down out of the excitement of seeing everything come to life. And the next day, I would want to do it all again.

Styling is more than just a passion for my team and me. It is our core value, and it’s our way to touch lives through beautiful experiences…and of course to take the pressure off you so you can enjoy the celebration you and your loved ones deserve. Wild Heart Events is a boutique event design and styling studio, specialising in weddings and other special events. We are based in the Dandenong Ranges in Melbourne, founded and run by Creative Director Danielle Steele.

Wild Heart Events is the culmination of a life-long love of art, design, colour and creating beautiful things, coupled with an obsession with flowers and all things botanical.

With qualifications and 10-year stints working in two different, but equally creative industries (Advertising then Interior Design), Danielle stepped away to invest her time in a role she had long been looking forward to – being a new mother.

During her time away from the corporate world, Danielle also planned and designed her own wedding, which took place in 2014.
