A continental breakfast basket is available to be delivered to your guest room at a cost of $26.00 per person. Please preorder your breakfast at the front desk, Complimentary Nespresso Coffee and a tea selction is available in the lobby from 7.00am -10.00am daily.

Covid-19 Personal Protection Kit
For your added safety, personal protection kits conatining, Sanitiser, Anti bacterial wipes and a mask are available to purchase from hotel reception at a cost of $17.00 per kit.

Two levels of complimentary undercover parking are available to all guests. subject to availability Access to the car park at late hours is monitored and controlled via the Front Desk.
Check Out Time
Guests are reminded that check out time is 10:00am. Should you require a later departure time, please contact the Front Desk to discuss alternatives. A Day Rate charge may apply for late departures.
Closed Circuit Television
For your security, many areas of the hotel and car park are monitored and recorded by Closed Circuit Television.

The Seaview Restauraunt is currently open nightly for dinner and room service dining from 5.30 - 9.30pm
Fire
The Brighton Savoy is fitted with smoke detectors throughout the building, and sprinklers in the newer wing to ensure maximum awareness in the event of fire. Tampering or acting in any way to cause false alarms to any fire detection or prevention equipment is prohibited. Offenders will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
In case of a fire or emergency, please dial 9 and advise reception.
In case of fire, immediately make your way to the Assembly Meeting Point as noted on the back of your entrance door

Health Authorities strictly prohibit cooking and preparation of food in guest suites.

A short brisk walk along the beach is the Middle Brighton Baths that features one of the few remaining sea baths in Victoria with a caged enclosure, allowing you to swim in the sea without the worry of sea life.
Take advantage of the gym facilities at the Bath’s Gymnasium where you will find a range of equipment.

Your guest room is serviced daily, We apologise for the inconvienance however due to the hotel's covid saftey requirements no guest can be present whilst a housekeeper is servicing your room.

You will find an ice tray in your refrigerator. Extra ice is available by contacting the Front Desk Dial 9.
Internet Access
We provide complimentary internet access via Wi-Fi in all accommodation rooms, public areas and conference rooms, plus the beach opposite the hotel is also an internet Wi-Fi Hotspot. Search for the Savoy Wifi network and connect using the password on the back of your key card holder or contact the Front Desk for the current password
Acceptable Use – internet access is provided as a complimentary service, we request that you use the service in good faith. Excessive uploads or downloads will automatically result in your IP address being blocked on the Wi-Fi network

An iron and ironing board are located in your guest room wardrobe
Lift
The lift services all five levels of the Building. Please be aware the lift is monitored by closed circuit TV. In case of a fire or emergency situation, please do not use the lift.
Maintenance
We endeavour to ensure your guest suite is in perfect order. Should you experience any difficulties, please contact the Front Desk.
Milk -Fresh
A range of milks are availble to be purchased from the mini bar, please contact the Front Desk.
Mini Bar Facility
We are pleased to stock your room fridge to your preferred selection. A mini bar form is available in your room or from the Front Desk. Beverage service is available until 10:00pm nightly.
Smoking
Smoking in your guest room or anyway inside the hotel is not permited. Should you or your guest/visitor decide to smoke in your guest room, you will be liable and charged an increase of $500.00 to your quoted nightly room rate. This allows time to enable housekeeping to reinstate the room.
Tea & Coffee Making Facilities
These are provided in your Room. Additional supplies are available from the front desk. A selction of milk is also available to be purchased from the front desk

Notice - Loss of or damage to guests’ property
Part 5.2 of the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 may make an accommodation provider liable to make good the loss of a guest’s property in certain circumstances even though the loss is not caused by the fault of the accommodation provider, or the provider’s agent.
The liability of the accommodation provider under the Act—
- applies only to a guest of the accommodation provider;
- applies only for the period for which the guest is provided accommodation;
- is limited to $300 for each room provided for the use of the guest on the day, unless the guest’s property was placed in a safekeeping service;
- is limited to $3000 for each room in respect of a guest’s property that was placed in a safekeeping service (excluding a safe in a room);
- does not cover motor vehicles and property owned by the guest left in or on a motor vehicle.
Part 5.2 does not limit any other right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012. consumer.vic.gov.au.
