Christmas Day has particular significance for Brighton Savoy.

Families returned year after year, often bringing several generations together around the same table. Our Christmas Day events included traditional festive food, drinks, decorated dining rooms and entertainment, but what guests saw in the dining room was only one part of the operation.
Behind the scenes, Christmas Day involved months of planning followed by a major hospitality operation on the day itself. Tables had to be prepared, food cooked and served, drinks coordinated, dietary requirements accommodated and large numbers of guests looked after during fixed lunch and dinner sittings.

What We Learned From Hosting Christmas Day
