We had our wedding at Ascot House in December 2018. They did an amazing job and we wouldn’t change a thing about the night. We worked with Terry and Megan leading up to the wedding, who were so helpful throughout the whole process. They had really great suggestions about how we could consider doing things, which was appreciated as often we weren’t sure where to start! Terry was also a great help on the night with his energy and attitude, as was our table server Giacomo. We opted to have the pianist, Norm, play during the canapes half hour. He was excellent. After the wedding, we have heard from so many people that the service was impeccable. From the bridal table all the way to the tables up the back, drinks were consistently topped up and any needs addressed. Everyone we have spoken to has mentioned how good the food was and how quickly it came out, which is impressive considering we had more than 150 guests at the wedding. We would also recommend going to the tasting night in advance as this helped us to decide the menu, and we picked some dishes which we may not have considered had we just read the description on paper. Thank-you to all the team at Ascot House for ensuring that our night went smoothly. Nothing was too much to ask, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stunning location with an emphasis on good service and food.
