Many of you may know Tony Tardio as the newsreader on Melbourne’s radio station 3AW, however he also has another hat as a presenter of a radio program highlighting stories about the Italian community in English on the Italian radio network “Rete Italia.”
Tony and I crossed paths on the social network Twitter, and before you could say Tweet, Tony invited me on to his program to discuss the history of the Brighton Savoy hotel, and the impact the Covid-19 pandemic had on the hotel.

I really appreciate the fact that Tony reached out, and really takes an interest in local businesses, and was interested in highlighting the journey of the hotel over the last 53 years.
