What gives an indication that you are a great wedding venue in Melbourne? When one of your own wedding events team selects you as the venue to host their wedding reception.
Anita has worked at the Brighton Savoy in our Events’ team for quite a number of years, and had always been steadfast that she was very content with her long term partner David and really saw no real need to get married. I think some of the magical wedding fairy dust around the Brighton Savoy must have spread to Anita, You can imagine my surprise and excitement when she came to us to discuss the possibility of hosting her wedding at the Brighton Savoy.
With many relationship forged with members of the Melbourne Wedding Group, (A group the Brighton Savoy are members) Anita set about to design her perfect wedding with personal touches of her fascination/obsession? with both Rabbits and Winnie the Poo.
Her partner David, is a very talented man, and was very much apart of the wedding process, creating custom made rabbit table numbers, constructing the ceremony backdrop, and a Winnie the poo honey pot wishing well.
The MC and music on the night was provided for by the talented Rosie Kalber of Sensation Entertainment, and guests enjoyed a fine night of dancing, wining and dining, with Anita and David commencing dancing with a spectacular bridal waltz.
So many talented members of the Melbourne Wedding Group assisted in making Anita & David’s wedding day such a memorable and special one.
